1. 鮮花、保鮮花與乾花有什麼分別？ | What is the difference between fresh and preserved flowers?
- 鮮花具有天然香氣與生命力，觀賞期約 3-7 天。保鮮花（永生花）是經過特殊加工的真花，乾花則是由鮮花完整乾燥後而成；保鮮花或乾花均不需澆水，在良好的平均溫度及陰涼乾燥環境下可維持 1-3 年不褪色。
- Fresh flowers possess natural fragrance and vitality, lasting about 3-7 days. Preserved flowers (eternal flowers) are real flowers that have undergone a special preservation process, while dried flowers are created by completely dehydrating fresh blooms. Neither requires watering, and both can maintain their color for 1 to 3 years when kept in stable temperature and cool, dry environment.
2. 如何保養鮮花作品？ | How do I care for my fresh flowers?
- 避免陽光直射及風扇直吹。每天修剪花莖末端並更換清水，或向花泥注入適量水分，保持濕潤。
- Avoid direct sunlight and strong winds. Trim the stems and change the water daily, or inject water into the floral foam to keep it moist.
3. 保鮮花需要澆水嗎？如何存放？ | Do preserved flowers need water? How should I store them?
- 切勿澆水。 請放置於陰涼通風處，避免潮濕（濕度建議 40%-60%）及陽光直射。若遇潮濕導致花瓣變透明，可用除濕機或吹風機微風輕吹。
- Do not water them. Store in a cool, ventilated place, avoiding humidity (ideally 40%-60%) and direct sunlight. If petals become translucent due to moisture, use a dehumidifier or a hairdryer on a cool, gentle setting.
4. 課程適合完全沒有經驗的新手嗎？ | Are the courses suitable for complete beginners?
- 絕對適合。我們的課程從基礎理論、手感訓練到色彩學循序漸進教學，導師 Wynn C 會親自指導，確保新手也能完成精緻的作品。

5. 如果錯過了課程可以補課嗎？ | Can I have a make-up class if I miss a lesson?
- 由於花材需提前預訂且具保鮮期，課程確認後不設退款。如需更改時間，請於開課前 7 天通知，我們將視乎情況安排。
- Since floral materials are pre-ordered and perishable, fees are non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please notify us 7 days in advance, and we will try to accommodate based on availability.
6. 可以定制特定色系的花束嗎？ | Can I customize a bouquet in a specific color palette?
- 可以。R Florist 擅長如油粉彩般的感性色彩搭配。請至少提前 7 天與我們聯繫，溝通您喜好的風格與色系。
