Welcome to R Florist. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing any courses, products, or services.
1. 課程報名及付款 Course Enrollment & Payment
  • [中] 所有課程名額以付清全額費用後方為確認。一經確認，恕不退款。
  • [EN] Course spots are only confirmed upon full payment. Once confirmed, all fees are non-refundable.
  • [中] 若學員因個人原因缺席，將不獲補課或退款。
  • [EN] No make-up classes or refunds will be provided for absences due to personal reasons.
2. 花禮訂製與鮮花供應 Floral Orders & Flower Availability
  • [中] 由於鮮花是天然產品，供應受季節影響。若指定花材短缺，我們將以同等價值及風格的相似花材代替，恕不另行通知。
  • [EN] As flowers are natural products, availability is subject to seasonal changes. If specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with flowers of similar value and style without prior notice.
  • [中] 產品照片僅供參考，手工製作之花藝品每件均有獨特性。
  • [EN] Photos are for reference only. Each handmade floral arrangement is unique and may vary slightly.
3. 配送服務 Delivery Service
  • [中] 請確保收件人姓名、電話及地址正確無誤。如因資料錯誤導致派送失敗，重新派送之費用需由顧客負擔。
  • [EN] Please ensure the recipient's name, phone number, and address are correct. Any additional costs incurred due to failed delivery caused by incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility.
  • [中] 在惡劣天氣（如八號或以上風球、黑色暴雨警告）下，派送服務將會延期。
  • [EN] Delivery services will be rescheduled in the event of severe weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning).
4. 退款與退換政策 Refund & Exchange Policy
  • [中] 鮮花屬易腐爛商品，不設退換。
  • [EN] Fresh flowers are perishable goods and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • [中] 對於保鮮花材料或器材，如發現損壞，請在收貨後 24 小時內與我們聯絡並提供照片，逾期恕不受理。
  • [EN] For preserved flower materials or tools, please contact us with photos within 24 hours of receipt if any damage is found. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
5. 韓國花藝遊學 Korea Floral Study Tour
  • [中] 遊學團之具體條款將於報名時由導師另行提供，包括保險、行程變更及取消政策。
  • [EN] Specific terms for study tours, including insurance, itinerary changes, and cancellation policies, will be provided separately at the time of registration.
6. 私隱政策 Privacy Policy
  • [中] 我們承諾保護您的個人資料，所有資料僅用於訂單處理及課程通知。
  • [EN] We are committed to protecting your personal data. All information collected will only be used for order processing and course notifications.
如有任何爭議，R Florist 保留最終決定權。
In case of any dispute, R Florist reserves the right of final decision.
